If you need personal attention and guidance tailored specifically for you, we offer one-on-one fasting coaching through video call.
If you prefer to take the matter into your own hands, we also have a course that will allow you to become your own fasting coach.
If you need a solution in between, we can build a tailor-made fasting plan for you. This offer will include a weekly fasting plan, nutritional guidance, mental and spiritual focus prompts, and a 15-minute follow-up call.

Do you work with international clients?
Yes — coaching is available worldwide. In addition to U.S. English, I offer coaching in French, Turkish, and Spanish.
Pricing is listed in USD and sessions are scheduled to accommodate international time zones.

How much does it cost?
- 1-on-1 Coaching: USD $85/session

How do coaching sessions work?
Sessions are held via Zoom or your preferred platform. You’ll fill out a short intake form ahead of time so we can make the most of our time together. You’ll receive a summary afterward, and follow-up options are available.
Is this medical or clinical advice?
No. I’m not a medical professional, and Better Monday Fasting TM does not provide diagnosis or treatment. My coaching is based on lived experience, personal practice, and years of experimenting with fasting patterns that worked for me.
Always consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any fasting regimen.
Do I need to have fasting experience to start?
Not at all. Whether you’ve never fasted before or have tried on your own and hit a wall, I’ll help you start at the right level and build your capacity step by step.
What kind of fasting do you coach?
I coach all major forms of fasting, including:
- Intermittent fasting (18/6, 20/4, etc.)
- Prolonged fasting (multi-day water or dry fasts)
- Water fasting
- Dry fasting
- Low-calorie liquid fasting (e.g. herbal teas and black coffee only)
