Sessions are held via Zoom or your preferred platform. You’ll fill out a short intake form ahead of time so we can make the most of our time together. You’ll receive a summary afterward, and follow-up options are available.

No. I’m not a medical professional, and Better Monday Fasting TM does not provide diagnosis or treatment. My coaching is based on lived experience, personal practice, and years of experimenting with fasting patterns that worked for me.

Not at all. Whether you’ve never fasted before or have tried on your own and hit a wall, I’ll help you start at the right level and build your capacity step by step.

I coach all major forms of fasting, including:
